The Nezebgrad City Council, is the The Empire's local council that runs things in Nezebgrad. They also deal with a great deal of issues that span multiple allods. Since 991 the Head of the City Council has been Elizaveta Rysina, who can be located in lower ground floor in Yasker's Tower, Nezebgrad.
