- See this magic device right here? It's nearly a thousand years old. My uncle was an avid collector and he kept the Resistance Sphere in working condition. This very device was used by Great Mages of the past to keep allods from being devoured by the Astral. Of course, there have been great advances in the field of magic since then and no one has used these antiquities in ages, but this Sphere may still prove itself useful.
- I'm not a Great Mage, but I will try my hardest to activate it. There is no other choice, we must activate the Resistance Sphere to buy us more time to activate the portal.
- I must warn you though, using the Resistance Sphere has a potentially negative side effect. It's very possible that the appearance of elementals will appear as their power has been imbued within the Resistance Sphere itself.
- I'll focus on activating the sphere, just support me if anything happens!
